Your appointment is very important to us. For that reason we do not double schedule. This allows us to give you our undivided attention. Appointments at times may seem hard to schedule but this is because we are locating a time that is uniquely yours! With that in mind if you cannot keep your appointment, please call us as soon as possible so that we can utilize this time. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
Monday: 8:30 - 5:00 pm
Tuesday: 8:30 - 5:00 pm
Wednesday: 7:30 - 4:00 pm
Thursday: 7:30 - 12:30 pm
If you are a new patient to our office please print the New Patient Forms. Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your dental needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival. For children age 13 and under please use the Child Forms. Additional forms may be required and will be given to you at your appointment.
Insurance & Payments
Our office participates with some of the major insurance companies such as: United Concordia, MetLife, Delta Dental, Cigna PPO, Aetna PPO, Guardian, and UPMC Dental Advantage. If you are unsure if we participate with your insurance please contact your insurance carrier to get a list of participating providers. We also accept cash, checks and credit cards for payments and Carecredit.
